Timothy Snowden, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, serves on CAI’s Pennsylvania Legislative Action Committee, has been a contributor to community association publications and is a frequent speaker on association topics. Tim has served as president and treasurer of a condominium community and achieved the rank of major in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Dino Iuliano oversees operations for more than 1,500 concierge, doormen and security officers throughout New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the Washington, D.C., metro region. Prior to Planned Companies, Iuliano served as director of operations for a New Jersey-based security company and worked as an executive protection specialist for a Fortune 100 company. Iuliano has been featured in numerous publications, including NY Real Estate Journal, New Jersey & Company and Real Estate Weekly and lectures on security and safety.
Dave Pearson is the owner of 215Secure, a building and data security company in Philadelphia, Pa. 215Secure focuses on high- and mid-rise condominium and apartment buildings. Dave also serves on the board of directors for the Society of Information Managers.
