Katie strongly believes in the education and advancement of the Community Association industry and is a founding member of the Central Oregon Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and recently received preliminary acceptance to the CAI faculty. While it’s well known that Katie excels in association management and general business acumen, don’t challenge her to a cupcake bake off, you’ll lose.

Shaun Hannay is the President of the Summit Crest Owners Association. He is a husband, father of two adult children, and outdoor enthusiast. He has enjoyed a thirty-year career in business in both upstate New York and Oregon. He currently works as Vice President of Sales for a construction company in Redmond, Oregon.
Shaun enjoys good food, travel, hunting, fishing, and teaching in his local church. He and his wife of 28 years enjoy serving in leadership positions in their local community.
