When Residents Aren’t Always Right: Preventing Hostile Work Environment Claims
Wednesday, February 18, 2015 / 2-3 p.m. ET / Continuing Education Credit Available
Community association managers and their staff (maintenance technicians, administrative assistants and others) often are the victims of verbal abuse from residents and community volunteers. These negative, counterproductive interactions with community clients, if unaddressed by the board or managerial supervisors, may give rise to hostile work environment claims. This webinar offers guidance on how to reduce exposure to such claims.
