Jerry Ringenberg, AMS, is an association manager with 25 years of experience in the housing sector as a portfolio manager, management company executive, and site manager. Jerry is currently the building manager of Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue, a luxury high-rise located next to the Pike Place Market in Seattle, Wash., which was awarded the 2015 Transportation Vision Award from the Seattle 2030 District in recognition for installing 62 electric car charging stations. The project consisted of designing and installing an electrical infrastructure to power the car chargers in privately owned parking spaces.
