Speaker
James Milito is a Senior Architect of the Falcon Group architectural division. Mr. Milito develops working drawings and construction documents for the firm's residential, commercial, and retail projects. He prepares initial site assessments and zoning analyses and, if necessary, testifies at planning board and board of adjustment hearings. Along with Mr. Milito’s knowledge of all building components, he has detailed knowledge of wood-framed decks and balconies, and prepares drawings for approximately 500 new decks and balconies per year.
