Presenter:
Dawn Lively, MBA, PHR is the director of client services for Tilson, a professional employer organization. She oversees the company’s account management, human resources, benefits, payroll and accounting functions. Dawn has been with Tilson since 2003 and has also served as senior account manager, account manager and human resource specialist during her tenure. Her extensive experience in human resources includes worksite investigations, regulatory compliance, job descriptions, recruitment, training, management and employee development. She also has consulting experience in policy and procedure development, employee surveys and developing internal and external compensation surveys.
Dawn earned her Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and her Master’s in Business Administration summa cum laude from Indiana Wesleyan University.
