Speaker
Drew Mulhare is the President of Realtec Community Services, Inc, the onsite management company for the Ford's Colony at Williamsburg Homeowners Association, and serves as General Manager. Drew was the developer's representative in the formation of Ford's Colony in 1984 and was responsible for development, regulatory affairs, and community association management. He received his PCAM in 1996 and has been a member of the CAI National Faculty since that time.
Terry Weisz is a communications professional with more than 25 years of experience in delivering integrated communications solutions and implementing strategies that support program initiatives and business objectives. As Vice President, Global Internal Communications with Marriott International, she led the development and implementation of the company’s annual global communications strategy with an audience of 300,000 managed and franchised associates. Terry is a member of CAI and resides in Williamsburg, Va. She chairs the Ford’s Colony HOA Communications Committee whose responsibilities include production of a monthly 48-page magazine; management of the FCHOA website; publishing a weekly electronic newsletter for residents; and oversight of the community’s Facebook page.
