Mitchell Frumkin, PE, RS, is president of Kipcon Inc., a firm that provides engineering and design services to community associations. With a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Tulane University and a master’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University, Mitch is a licensed professional engineer in 18 states and holds CAI’s Reserve Specialist credential. In addition, the National Association of Home Builders named him a certified green professional and verifier. Mitch served as CAI president in 2002 and president of the Foundation for Community Association Research in 1997. He was president of the New Jersey chapter in 1995 and was inducted into the chapter’s Hall of Fame in 1998.
