Molly Peacock, Esq., is the founder of the Peacock Law Firm, which focuses its practice on supporting boards of directors and property managers of condominiums, cooperatives and homeowners associations in Virginia and Washington, D.C. The firm is dedicated to improving and maintaining property values.
Scott R. Burka, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is president/principal of Delbe Real Estate Company Inc., AAMC, a property management company based in Washington, D.C. Burka is responsible for the daily operations of Delbe's community association division, comprising more than 100 buildings. He has been an active member in CAI’s Washington Metropolitan chapter more than 17 years, including serving as a member of the small and self-managed associations subcommittee and publishing several articles.
Darsie Cahall is a landscape designer with Denchfield Landscaping Inc., managing a wide variety of residential and commercial projects. She works closely with clients to design and install gardens that meet their individual needs and has designed numerous low-maintenance gardens incorporating native plants, rain gardens and other eco-friendly features. Cahall holds a graduate degree in urban planning and a certificate of landscape design from George Washington University. Denchfield Landscaping is located in Hyattsville, Md., and has been featured on the DIY Network, HGTV’s “Curb Appeal” and ABC’s “Extreme Home Makeover Home Edition.”
