Presenters:
Sally Pelto-Wheeler is the program coordinator for playground maintenance technician training at the Eppley Institute for Parks and Public Lands at Indiana University. Her previous work primarily focused on cultivating relationships across community and academic partnerships. She worked to strengthen community-based research and service collaborations while at the School of Public Health-Bloomington and established the School’s Community Advisory Board. Pelto-Wheeler has collaborated with organizations and communities such as the Indiana State Department of Health, Indiana Local Health Departments, the National Park Service Commercial Services Program, the Centers for Disease Control, and the City of Bedford, Indiana.
Kelly G. Richardson, Esq. is cofounder and senior partner of Richardson Ober PC. A leading advocate for homeowner association governance, Kelly was CAI’s 2016 National President and served on its Board of Trustees for seven years. He was in 2006 admitted as a Fellow to the College of Community Association Lawyers. He is the author of a syndicated weekly column on homeowner association issues, appearing in 13 Southern California newspapers. A licensed real estate broker, he has served on the boards of the California Legislative Action Committee, the Greater Los Angeles Chapter, and the Orange County Chapter. He has practiced law since 1983, and community association law since 1989.
