- You'll have four months - 120 days from purchase - to complete the course and take the exam to receive credit. You will also receive a hard-copy of the Essentials manual for review purposes via mail within 4 weeks, although it is not required to complete the online course. In recognition of passing the course, you will be awarded an online certificate of completion.
- The M-100 leads to the following credentials: Certified Manager of Community Associations® (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist™ (AMS™), and Professional Community Association Manager® (PCAM®).
