Joel Meskin, Esq., CIRMS, is vice president of community association
insurance and risk management at McGowan Program Administrators. He earned
CAI’s Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) designation in
2005 and is a member of CAI’s Insurance Networking Committee.In 2014, Joel was accepted as a member of CCAL. Joel has been closely involved with community associations
and the community association management business for many years, insuring more
than 75,000 associations nationwide, producing insurance policy products and
engaging in risk management.
Jennifer Wojciechowski is the casualty claims manager with Community Association Underwriters of America Inc., a division of Alliant Specialty Insurance Services. She conducts insurance coverage analyses and manages claims and litigation in connection with directors and officers liability and general liability insurance coverage. A CAI member and lecturer on community association and insurance issues, Jennifer is a frequent presenter at the Community Association Law Seminar. Jennifer is an active member of the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance. She was a faculty member for the CLM's inaugural Claim College and returned to the Claim College in 2014 as faculty and course developer for Litigation Management II. In 2014, Jennifer was appointed to the executive council for the School of Casualty Claims.
