Speakers
Tiffany Dessaints,CMCA, AMS, PCAM, President, CEO, Associa Nevada South, is a results driven executive offering over 20 years of business management experience in the community association management industry. Tiffany has demonstrated proven abilities in customer and employee retention through improving efficiency of operations and team building. She is able to identify areas of strength and weakness and implement company policies, standards, changes in operation, and systems that optimize productivity. She is able to motivate staff through training, mentoring and team building. Her approach is “it’s all about the employees”. She believes that her team is her greatest asset. To this end she promotes a healthy work and life balance which results in personal responsibility and professional accountability.
Debra A. Warren,CMCA, PCAM, Regional Vice President, Associa, has over 25 years of experience in community association management, including 15 years of experience as management firm CEO. She is a nationally recognized expert in association management operations, specializing in communication and customer service. A featured speaker at community association conferences across the country and internationally Debra remains actively involved in the education of community management professionals and volunteers.
