Speakers
Joseph Cusimano, Esq. has for the past 19 years, focused his practice on the representation of community associations throughout the State of Ohio, particularly operational issues, such as the interpretation of governing documents and document rewrites, contract preparation and review, leasing restrictions, technology adoption and use by community associations, satellite dish issues, and loans to community associations.
Kelly G. Richardson, Esq. is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Richardson Harman Ober PC. In practice since 1983, Mr. Richardson is a veteran business trial lawyer who has established himself as a true leader in the field of homeowners association and real estate law.
Loren Rosenberg Lightman, Esq. focuses her practice on Community Association Law, Real Estate and Municipal Law. She counsels numerous community associations throughout New Jersey. She also assists in the representation of several municipalities for various legal matters.
Jason LoMonaco, Esq. is a partner in the firm’s community association practice. He represents cooperative, condominium and homeowners associations in litigation throughout Georgia. An accomplished attorney, he has extensive civil litigation experience in matters related to real estate and community associations ranging from the enforcement, interpretation and application of covenants to insurance defense and title issues.
