Presenter:
Kelly Richardson, Esq., is a senior partner at Richardson & Harman, PC. He has advised common interest developments for more than 20 years and is a member of CAI's College of Community Association Lawyers. He is co-author and developer of two CAI courses—the California Law Course for Common Interest Development Managers and the Basic Board Education course. He served as 2009 chair of CAI's California Legislative Action Committee and is its liaison to the California Association of Realtors. Richardson is also the author of "HOA Homefront," a column on community association issues that currently runs in 12 newspapers and reaches more than two million readers. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Law.
