Speakers:
- Beth Bencivenni has been a CAI educated business partner since 2015 and is involved in both the CAI Chesapeake Chapter and the CAI Washington Metro Chapter. Beth spent nine years focused on emergency services and property restoration with a focus on community associations and the losses they experience. Beth joined SecureCore in 2021 to utilize her experience with emergency services and restoration as an industry advocate for disaster planning.
- Staci M. Gelfound, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, has been involved in the management of community associations since 1989. Staci served on the CAI Washington Metropolitan Chapter Board of Directors for seven years, including as president in 2006. She was inducted into the chapter’s Hall of Fame in 2010. Staci is a CAI faculty member, a presenter at CAI annual conferences, and a contributor to Common GroundTM magazine. Staci is serving her final term on CAI’s Community Association Managers Council.
- Matthew Hunter, CMCA, AMS, has been a community association manager in Washington, D.C., for more than 10 years. Matthew manages a diverse portfolio including a mix of large high-rise communities, luxury communities, and mixed-use buildings. Matthew is experienced in managing on-site teams as well as communities without dedicated on-site staff. Matthew has managed several large insurance restorations claims as well as many capital improvement projects in his tenure. Matthew holds monthly education sessions with his on-site teams and believes education is critical to growth in community association management.
