Chuck Balacy is a vice president with CIT, a division of First Citizens Bank, and has been providing financial services to community associations for the past 18 years. He is an active member of CAI, a Nevada Educated Business Partner, and has served on the CAI Nevada Chapter Board of Directors. Chuck is a graduate of UNLV’s Lee Business School and regularly speaks and writes about community association investing, lending, and financial best practices.
