Program Description
Two years ago, the world was shocked by the collapse of Champlain Towers South in Surfside, Fla. While we will always mourn the 98 lives lost in the tragedy and an investigation continues into the cause of the collapse, community association board members, managers, and business partners have a duty to ensure their buildings are physically safe and financially sound. These goals can be achieved by integrating a fully funded reserve study with a maintenance plan and program. Tune in to this webinar to hear from two of the experts behind Best Practices: Community Association Maintenance, a new report from the Foundation for Community Association Research. Come learn:
- How a maintenance plan, maintenance program, and reserve study are intertwined.
- Why they are so much more powerful as the collective.
- What steps your community can take to get on the track to maintenance success and safety.
