This presentation will include an introduction to some of the new tools that technology is bringing to the insurance and risk management fields, particularly with respect to community association risks. It will explore how AI and machine learning tools are enabling insurance underwriters to evaluate property risks in a new way and how associations can leverage this data to improve their insurance coverage and costs. Finally, the presenters will discuss some of the legal issues presented by these new tools, specifically the additional liability they may create for an association. |
