Beginning in 1997, Donny Disbro managed a portfolio of six large-scale community associations, building a reputation for excellent customer service while ensuring vendor quality control and civil and corporate compliance. In 1999, he started up PCM’s internet community management which exists still today and later became PCM’s VP of Marketing following the completion of his MBA in 2003. In 2009, He went on to become the chief executive officer of Professional Community Management (PCM), one of the largest association management companies in the United States. For 14 years, Disbro has overseen business strategy and operations for PCM as well as its sister companies, PCM of California, PCM Inc. of Laguna Woods Village, PCM Consulting Services, and PCM Realty.
