Valuing Volunteers: Creating Positive Volunteer Experiences
One Continuing Education Credit Available
What would we do without volunteers? They are the lifeblood of community associations. Not only do volunteer board members make important decisions and perform necessary work, they also establish the values and priorities of the association. The more effective, productive and committed volunteers are, the more successful the community will be, and that means happier, more satisfied homeowners. The more positive their experience as volunteers, the better chance they’ll continue to serve and, importantly, the greater likelihood of a stable and productive relationship with the management company. In successful community associations, volunteers R.O.C.K. (Rally to Optimize Community Karma)! This webinar tells you how to keep them happy and engaged.
