Speakers
Lana Reynolds, CEO CAMP Management Prior to founding CAMP, Lana was the Executive Vice President of the largest community association management company in North America where she was responsible for 50+ different management companies nationwide. She also served as the Chief Executive Officer for Community Management Corporation in Northern Virginia for many years. Lana is also a Certified Mediator.
Andrew J. Terrell, Esq. represents condominium associations, homeowners associations, and real estate cooperatives in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He advises on collections and insurance and counsels community associations in the areas of covenant enforcement and governing documents interpretation.
Marla J. Diaz, Esq. focuses her practice on representation of community associations throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. She has significant trial and general litigation experience in the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, including litigating various community association issues, construction defect, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation. She also has significant experience representing community associations before various administrative boards, including the Virginia Fair Housing Board and various County Human Rights Commissions.
