Presenter:
Ken Kosloff, Senior Construction Consultant, Avelar and Associates Architects, is one of the leading public speakers on topics related to homeowner associations and managing their buildings. He has made numerous presentations to boards of directors and for over twenty-five years has been a regular speaker at industry functions on such topics as: Reserve Studies, component replacement, maintenance, construction management, and defect investigations. In addition, Mr. Kosloff is a founding Board member of the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA), and holds the designation of Professional Reserve Analyst (P.R.A.) as well as the RS (Reserve Specialist) credential from CAI and is a member of the ECHO Maintenance Resource Panel. In addition, Mr. Kosloff is a long time contributor and supporter of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) where he has been a member of the teaching faculty since 2003 and is the recipient of the 2012/13 Vision Award for Excellence in Education and is also a member of CAI’s Distinguished Speakers Club.
