Wil Washington is a shareholder and co-founder of Chadwick, Washington, Moriarty, Elmore & Bunn law firm in Fairfax, Va. His practice is devoted to community association and real estate law. He is a fellow in CAI’s College of Community Association Lawyershas served on the CAI Board of Trustees and as president of the CAI Washington Metropolitan Chapter. Wil recently taught courses on drafting and amending community association documents and on fair housing laws as they apply to community associations.
Sami Satouri has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, holding positions with national companies in both the employee benefits and financial services arenas and becoming a proven leader in the field of risk management. He is the recipient of the Small Business Administration’s SCORE Program 2018 Distinguished Service Award where he mentored up and coming businesses and works closely with the Minority Business Development Agency Baltimore Chapter. He is a CAI Educated Business Partner and is an active member of the CAI Chesapeake Region and Washington Metropolitan chapters
