Neda Nehouray, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is the CEO and founder of HOA Organizers, an accredited, full-service community Association Management company serving communities across California. Neda holds her CMCA, AMS, and PCAM designations and is a Past President of CAI-Greater Los Angeles Chapter. She has been an active speaker for various CAI events, served as Co-Chair of CAI-Greater LA and Channel Islands Chapter’s Programs Committees.
Kelly Richardson, Esq., CCAL, is Partner of Richardson Ober LLP, a firm with offices in Pasadena, Riverside and Irvine. He has advised common interest developments for over 35 years. He was the 2016 National President of CAI and served seven years on the Board of Trustees. He is a Fellow of the College of Community Association Lawyers, former President and two-term Director of the Greater LA Chapter, former Chair of CAI’s California Legislative Action Committee, and former Director of the Orange County Chapter.
