Speakers:
Kimberly Lilley, CIRMS, CMCA, EBP, Director of Business Development for Berg Insurance Agency, is a UCLA grad and comes from a background in both claims and insurance sales. Her goal is to make the lives of Community Managers easier by providing the most extensive insurance-related services available through educational programs and advocating at the state level.
Brian Kalmenson, CIRMS, is a Commercial Insurance Specialist with the Kirk Miller Insurance Agency. Brian is a former community manager whose biggest focus is educating owners, board members and managers alike in coverage as well as best practices. He is an active participant in CAI, working at the local, state, and national levels on matters pertaining to community associations.
