Wednesday, May 29, 2024, 2 p.m. ET

- The common concerns and conflicts that arise when marijuana is legalized and the importance of setting boundaries and communicating with residents about how an association may legally respond.- The rules, amendments, and other common remedies that associations enact to protect the common areas and promote community harmony.- A look at the long-term effects of legalization from communities that have been dealing with it for over a decade.
