Speakers:
Ursula K. Burgess, Esq. Rees Broome: In January 2004, Ursula started with Rees Broome, PC in the community associations department where she is currently a partner. She is the Chair of the Business Partners Council and is serving her second year on the CAI Board of Trustees.
Richard A. Davis, III, Esq., began his legal career at a large Seattle law firm and, in 1993, joined Chmelik Sitkin & Davis P.S. Richard represents public and private sector employers, community associations, and contractors.
Thomas L. Willis, AMS, PCAM has been advising community association boards for over 25 years as an on-site manager, “site operations specialist,” portfolio manager, management company executive, and consultant. In order to further his mission to promote excellence in community associations, he owns and operates Association Bridge, LLC, providing consulting services to boards and the professionals who serve them in several markets around the country.s.
