Speakers
Howard R. Feldman, Esq. is an experienced commercial litigator with a strong interest and experience in technology issues. He heads the firm's Electronically Stored Information practice and co-chairs our Cyber Security and Information Privacy group. Mr. Feldman has litigated a wide range of business and intellectual property disputes, as well as professional liability matters.
Michael C. Gartner, Esq. is a partner in Whiteford, Taylor & Preston's community associations practice group where he represents community associations in both general business affairs and litigation. Mr. Gartner advises community association clients on matters ranging from covenant enforcement to governing document interpretation and statutory compliance. He is also an experienced civil litigator who has handle a wide variety of cases in the state and federal courts in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
