Speaker:
Sandra K. Denton, CMCA, LMS, PCAM, is the General Manager for Sienna Plantation Residential Association (SPRAI) in Missouri City, Texas. Sienna is a large master planned community encompassing over 10,000 acres and approximately 5,000 homes. Sandy is chair of Community Associations Institute's (CAI) large-scale committee, chair of the Texas Legislative Action Committee (TLAC), and past president of CAI's (CAI) National Board of Trustees. Sandy also offers consulting services to associations throughout the country on policy governance and strategic planning.
