Program Description
Community Association Attorneys always face unique and challenging ethical situations not found in other practice areas. These two "ethics" ladies are back at the 2014 Law Seminar to present more of the difficult, complex, and sometimes baffling ethical problems we all need to know how to properly handle.
We cover more of the daily situations which only community association attorneys (and managers) ever have to solve. This is a very interactive program, with little lecturing, and lots of poll taking by cell phone, including input and debate about specific ethical dilemmas.
