These are valuable insights for the general community association practitioner to properly prepare their clients for any type of litigation.
Speakers
A. Christopher Florio, Esq. is a Shareholder and Chair of the Community Association Group. Mr. Florio has substantial experience in the negotiation of loan transactions, collections, workouts, and real estate law, including foreclosures, and also has substantial expertise in floor plan financing. Mr. Florio has served as a member of the New Jersey Assembly Task Force, commissioned to study community associations in New Jersey, and is the Past President of the New Jersey Chapter of CAI.
Michael A. Mendillo is President and Principal of FirstService Residential’s Mid-Atlantic Region. For the past 16 years, Mr. Mendillo has been an equity partner with FirstService Residential, the largest residential management company in North America servicing more than 6,000 communities and 1.5 million homes.
Donald B. Brenner, Esq. is Chair of the Stark and Stark's Construction Litigation Group. Mr. Brenner has extensive experience in handling complex construction litigation claims on behalf of community associations, developers and other plaintiffs.
