Colette Montanaro is vice president of talent acquisition for FirstService Residential’s mid-Atlantic region and has more than 18 years of experience in staffing services. She works closely with executive management to staff and retain the company’s internal teams. Montanaro often visits client sites to work with and advise association boards during the process to select their on-site managers. She also provides clients with extensive associate evaluations to ensure their communities are properly staffed and managed. An active member of CAI’s New Jersey chapter, Montanaro serves on the annual event committee.This program provides one credit toward:
