- Michael McKelleb, Esq.is an associate attorney with the law firm of Angius & Terry LLP in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. McKelleb practices exclusively in the area of community association law, primarily acting as general counsel in all aspects of association operations including, contract negotiation, compliance, dispute resolution, and representation in mediations and contested litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. McKelleb represents numerous associations in relation to the plethora of quiet title actions that currently clog the federal and state courts in Nevada. Additionally, Mr. McKelleb currently sits on CAI Nevada’s Legislative Action Committee.
