Program Description

Join your colleagues to dissect and evaluate real case scenarios involving the owner and associations—and in some instances, the lawyers—in age-restricted communities and take away creative and practical solutions to difficult problems.
Speakers:
- Marshal Granor, Esq., CMCA, Granor & Granor, PC, Horsham, PA; practices law at Granor & Granor, PC, with his father, Bernard. He concentrates in community association document drafting and problem solving, as well as residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions. He was a principal author of Pennsylvania's Uniform Planned Community Act and is a member of the Montgomery, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.
- Steven L. Sugarman, Esq., Steven L. Sugarman & Associates, Berwyn, PA is the founding principal of the law firm of Steven L. Sugarman & Associates, with offices located in Berwyn, Philadelphia, Lancaster and Allentown, Pennsylvania and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He concentrates his practice in the field of community association law, real estate and construction litigation. Mr. Sugarman is a member of the College of Community Association Lawyers and a past president of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley Chapter. He is also a member of the “Think Tank” for CAI’s Foundation for Community Association Research as well as the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the American and Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
