Program Description

Learn why business fundamentals and technical details don’t always equip us with the tools we need to do our jobs successfully, and how to excel in the real world by studying and learning the value of EQ.
Speakers:
- Thomas Willis, AMS, PCAM, Association Bridge, LLC, Damascus, MD; has been advising community association boards for over 25 years as an on-site manager, “site operations specialist,” portfolio manager, management company executive, and consultant. In order to further his mission to promote excellence in community associations, he owns and operates Association Bridge, LLC, providing consulting services to boards and the professionals who serve them in several markets around the country. He is also a Vice President at Zalco Realty, Inc., a management company in the Washington, DC area.
- Joseph Wise, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Wise Property Solutions AAMC, Johnson City, TN: Trained and internationally experienced as a business administrator and manager of business and corporate communication, he knew things could and should be different. When elected to the Board he committed himself to communicate with homeowners, and provide accuracy and transparency in reporting the administrative and financial details of the community association—these same commitments to quality and professionalism his professional efforts today. Wise is active in his community having served on numerous non-profit boards. He has served on the APCM Board and the CAI Board of Trustees. He has also been elected a Washington County (TN) Commissioner and City Commissioner in Johnson City, TN.
