Program Description

In this panel discussion, you’ll learn the most beneficial leadership qualities and skills necessary for successful community managers who can navigate complex association issues and how to provide the best support for your communities and residents.
Speakers:
- Gregory G. Smith, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Associa, Lodi, CA; was CAI’s 2017 President and has been a community manager since 2002. He has held many roles in the community management industry- onsite manager, portfolio manager, branch manager, and management company executive. Greg has been an executive with Associa since 2010 and currently serves as a Senior Training Consultant, responsible for training and development of Associa’s community managers, executives, and Board Members.
- Debra A. Warren, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Associa, San Raphael, CA; Since joining the Associa family in 2012 she held positions on the operations team supervising branches on the West Coast and Canada as well as contributing in the area of client relations and community manager education. She currently oversees all employee enrichment programs. Her career in community association management spans over 25 years, including 15 years of experience as a management firm principal and CEO. She is a nationally recognized expert in association management operations, specializing in education, communication and customer service.
