This bad press can potentially impact community perceptions and property values, and increasing the level of community acrimony. - Lesley Millender-Irwin, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Crummack Huseby Property Management, Lake Forest, CA; Dynamic and energetic 17-year community management/property management professional, with a reputation for being a subject matter expert and trusted leader within the community management industry. A seasoned professional manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to unify the most challenging boards of directors and their respective communities. Strong, in-depth knowledge of community association management, from medium to large scale community associations, planned unit developments, mixed use commercial/hybrid communities to high rise condominiums.
- Matt D. Ober, Esq., Richardson Ober PC, Pasadena, CA: is a Fellow of the CAI National’s College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) and is currently the 2019 president-elect. He is a contributing author of CAI’s California Law Course for Common Interest Development Managers. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter, and served two terms as President of CAI’s local chapter serving the Greater Inland Empire. He is an inductee to the organization’s Hall of Fame; recipient of the Chapter’s President’s award; and recipient of the Outstanding Service Award. He is also Secretary of the Executive Committee and long-time delegate to CAI’s California Legislative Action Committee, a member of CAI’s national faculty and a CACM faculty member.
