We learn how to use information for decisionmaking, but little is taught on how to collect it. Free online survey engines tempt us to throw together some questions and then let everyone respond, but there’s more to it than that. This webinar teaches techniques to formulate surveys that you can rely on for accuracy. You’ll also find out if a survey is really the best tool for your goals and how to access additional information from the public domain.
Special Note: This program is a recorded education session from the 2014 CAI Annual Conference.
Duration: 60 minutes
