- Steven Shuey, PCAM, Personalized Property Management Co., Cathedral City, CA: With over 27 years of management experience, and through the knowledge, experience, and integrity necessary to obtain the PCAM designation, I can provide your association with expert management consulting services in southern California and anywhere in the U.S.
- Margaret Wangler, Esq., Fiore, Racobs & Powers, Palm Desert, CA: Ms. Wangler is a member of CAI’s College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL), the Desert Bar Association and the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She serves on the CAI Coachella Valley Chapter’s Board of Directors and the Education Committee. Ms. Wangler was the recipient of the Coachella Valley Chapter’s Outstanding Member of the Year award in 1999, the Chapter’s Distinguished Service Award in 2000, and the Hall of Fame Award in 2007 and 2011. Ms. Wangler is a long time member of Soroptimist International Desert Cities of the Coachella Valley.
