Presenters:
- Robert W. Browning, PCAM, RS, is founder and owner of the Browning Reserve Group, a reserve study firm with offices in California, Nevada, and Idaho.Browning has been providing reserve studies and association consulting services since 1988. He holds the CAI designations of Reserve Specialist (RS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Browning is a past president of the CAI California North Chapter and serves on the California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC) He has served on the CAI National Board of Trustees and as President of the Foundation for Community Association Research.
- Peter B. Miller, RS, has 30 years of experience in the fields of architecture, historic restoration, and technical inspections. He is a partner in the firm of Miller+Dodson Associates, which specializes in Capital Reserve Studies for community associations, resort communities, country clubs, and religious and educational Facilities. A nationally-recognized leader in the Reserve Study field, Miller+Dodson serves clients throughout the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Mr. Miller is a frequent author and lecturer on the subject of Capital Reserves,He served as president of the CAI Washington Metropolitan Chapter and the Board of the South Carolina Chapter. Mr. Miller is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Congress for the New Urbanism. .
