Ellen Hirsch de Haan is a partner of Wetherington Hamilton PA in Tampa, Fla., and past CAI president. She lectures, teaches and speaks nationally and internationally at conferences, professional meetings and colleges and universities, as well as at the Community Association Law Seminar. Honored with the CAI Distinguished Service Award, her new book, A Place to Age: The Retirement Generation in Community Associations, published by CAI Press, is an update of her previous book on aging in place, Boomer Shock: Preparing Communities for the Retirement Generation.
