No Detours: Best Practices for Community Road Management
A community association's road network is often its single largest investment and most expensive asset to repair. Unlike other community assets, however, roads often get inadequate attention, which can lead to poor conditions and costly replacement. This webinar describes best practices for managing roads in a private community and making the best use of association funds. Recommendations are adapted from standards of practice used by public agencies to manage their local road networks.
