Speakers
Tracy Armstrong is a member of the Employment Law, Business and Commercial Litigation Department. She has expertise in representing management in employer/employee disputes and the laws governing the employer/employee relationship. She offers highly skilled representation in claims and matters involving employment laws including, but not limited to, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD), harassment and hostile work environment, as well as the Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the New Jersey Family Leave Act (NJFLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
Loren Rosenberg Lightman, Esq., a Partner in the firm, focuses her practice on Community Association Law, Real Estate and Municipal Law. She counsels numerous community associations throughout New Jersey. She also assists in the representation of several municipalities for various legal matters. Ms. Lightman has been representing associations in planned communities for over 15 years. She helps associations interpret documents, draft and enforce rules and regulations, draft amendments to documents, and interpret and apply state laws and regulations (including the New Jersey Condominium Act). She also represents associations in connection with municipal services, transitions, contractual and collection matters.
