Includes a discussion of fair housing law as well as cases and claims involving fair housing issues.
Speakers
Richard Crooks is an insurance claims professional with over 25 years experience handling multi-line claims, including general liability, professional liability, products liability and Errors and Omission for various insurance carriers. For the past ten years, Mr. Crooks has been with Community Association Underwriters (CAU) in Newtown, PA.
Edward Hoffman, Jr., is a shareholder and attorney in the Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba PC Litigation group. Mr. Hoffman’s practice includes community association law, community association litigation, multi-family housing/fair housing, landlord-tenant law, and landlord-tenant litigation. He also practices in the areas of commercial and construction litigation, personal injury litigation, premises liability, and frequently speaks and publishes on the topics of social media/social networking law and cyber-security/cyber-liability.
