Conflict has always been a part of community associations, but an increasingly polarized climate is making life very unpleasant for managers, board members, and residents alike. This program will look at how to prevent conflict that could prevent necessary operations and governance actions from taking place. Listen in as an attorney, manager, and volunteer leader share their perspectives and lend tools to help your community move away from disagreements and into a more productive space.
