Denise R. Haas, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is CEO of 5150 Community Management in Englewood, Colo. She is a past president of the CAI Rocky Mountain Chapter. Denise has been in community management for 17 years. She previously worked at a real estate development company in their legal and construction departments before moving to a construction company to manage their marketing.
