Nico F. March is asenior
vice president, investment officer and senior institutional consultant with
Wells Fargo Advisors in San Diego, Calif.Since 1984, his team has specialized in corporate
asset and liability management with a focus on risk mitigation. They serve many
Fortune 500 clients, assist more than 1,000 clients globally and have managed
in excess of $1 billion in HOA assets.
Gary Porter has made more than a hundred presentations at CAI national conferences, CAI chapter events, and has been a presenter for 32 state CPA societies. He is the coauthor and presenter of the AICPA (American Institute of CPAs) course “Providing Services to Common Interest Realty Associations.” He is the author of several books and more than 250 articles on financial matters of homeowners associations. Mr. Porter is a CPA and RS, and has performed hundreds of audits of associations and performed hundreds of reserve studies nationwide.
