Speaker
Kelly G. Richardson, Esq. is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Richardson Harman Ober PC. In practice since 1983, Mr. Richardson is a veteran business trial lawyer who has established himself as a true leader in the field of homeowners association and real estate law. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA"). Mr. Richardson is a leading advocate for community associations, and has advised common interest communities for 26 of his 32 years in law practice. Admitted in 2006 as a Fellow of the College of Community Association Lawyers, he is currently serving his second term as a Trustee of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is its 2015 President-Elect.
