Learn how to preserve and enhance your association’s property and prepare for emergencies. This course provides a hands-on approach to help you analyze, evaluate, communicate and plan for property maintenance. Your community will benefit from your increased understanding of the various types of maintenance—routine, preventive, emergency, corrective and scheduled.

Description
The virtual M-201 Facilities Management course will broadcast on Thursday, January 20 - Friday, January 21, 2022, from 12 Noon to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time both days. You must attend both sessions and pass the final exam to receive credit for the course. This course fulfills all regular continuing education requirements through CAI and CAMICB. We recommend you take the course on a desktop or laptop computer for the best experience, and log-in 10-15 minutes before the start of the course to ensure you are connected to the broadcast.
ACCESSING THE COURSE
To access the course, click on the "My CAI" link at the top right of the CAI homepage (https://www.caionline.org), then select "My Online Learning." If you are not already logged into CAI’s website, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and CAI password. If you don't know your password, you can always change it at (https://cai.caionline.org/eweb/Dynamicpage.aspx?webcode=forgotpassword&eml_address=). Under the course title, click the “Launch” button to get started. You will need to choose whether to launch the course in a browser or an application. This course includes an online multiple-choice final examination, which will be available after the virtual instruction is finished. You will receive two opportunities to pass the exam, and you must complete the exam within 30 days of the course. The exam is timed and must be completed in a single session. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will instantly receive your grade and - if you score 70% or higher - you will receive an electronic certificate of completion on the CAI website.
